Don't get too far ahead of yourself. I always come back to the idea that God made us perfectly, just the way we are. That includes our generation, etc. I know it might be hard to find that "fun" amongst the people your age, but that's just another reason to take charge as a leader. You have discovered something...someone...who has given you a new meaning to life, and you should take full advantage of that. Allow it to overflow in you and eventually onto your peers.
"So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."
Matthew 6: 31-34.
This passage stuck with me since SMT because I worry all the time! I'm, what you call, a worrywart. It worries me when you worry because you're such a nonworrisome person (haha). So I thought this might help you cool down.
